Minimum Qualifications for our Program:

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
Applicant must have a high school diploma/GED.
Applicant must have valid Driver's License and have own transportation to or from job sites.
Before final acceptance all applicants will be required to submit to a test for substance abuse.

Applications are taken in person at the Carnegie office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Applicants must provide a high school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license at the time of application, along with a $20,00 application fee.
