Please find attached preliminary Health & Safety Training Class Schedule
As per our current Area Wide Painters Agreement, commencing in the year 2000 under Article 16, Section 12, (all Journeypersons are required to complete a minimum of 26 hours per year of training and have an annual physical.) Employers will not be required to hire any person who has not complied by March 31 of the current year. It is also mandatory for ALL Apprentices of ALL crafts to attend Health & Safety Classes! Therefore, I urge ALL members of District Council # 57 to participate.
Keep in mind, the max per class is 50, so please call Diane at (412) 276-6061 to register.

Anyone interested in Journeyperson upgrades, or specialized classes in wall covering, faux finishes, drywall & Ames tools, or glazing, please contact the Training Instructors at (412) 276-6877 This schedule is being sent to all signatory contractors.
PLEASE NOTE: APPLE MOBILE MEDICAL IS THE PROVIDER FOR THE PHYSICALS
Fasting is required at least eight hours before physical. Nothing to eat or drink after midnight, you can have water in the morning but no Coffee or tea
